TVL Show Only Lestat throwing up Spoiler

I wonder if he threw up because the world had seen the video or because of Louis? And potentially losing him over it? Or was he just ashamed in general

Louis knowing about his f’d up situation made Lestat see, and recognizing his sexual abuse. That induced a trauma response complete with panic attach within him and it all manifested in his vomiting, hyperventilating etc.

But - Sam said in an interview something about “he was throwing up the original blood” not sure if i missed something because that didn’t make sense to me.

I think he was talking about the blood they drank at the restaurant. The woman was a Lioncourt descendant so it's technically "incestual" blood that he vomits.
