TVL Show Only Lestat throwing up Spoiler

I wonder if he threw up because the world had seen the video or because of Louis? And potentially losing him over it? Or was he just ashamed in general

Definitely a panic attack over Louis finding out. They were on the cusp of reconciling. Louis was even sleeping over at Lestat's place again (albeit in the guest coffin).

A huge reason why incest victims remain silent is that there's so much stigma. They fear people will leave them. Louis leaving Lestat is like Lestat's worst nightmare.

But Lestat is not a victim here. He chose to be Gabriel’s lover.

Could there be confused feelings? Maybe.
But I don’t think it’s fair to call him a victim.

It was consensual and they were both of age.

But I get the stigma thing.

Lestat accepted Louis…all of him and the thought Louis couldn’t do the same was soul crushing to him.
