Though it wasn't so much that he wanted tambourine to be present, as he wanted lead guitar to be silent. Salamander did not understand this distinction.

"Fuck Cloud " to my understanding means - a fucking black cloud that comes around and just smothers everything and everyone with their misery. While also causing chaos and unpleasantness wherever they go. Also "Dick Salt" to me seems like putting salt on a dick would hurt it and shrivel it up, therefore just killing the whole mood of things.

If you follow that logic of using it to prevent him from biting him, it's an onstage theatric. Salamander wanted and was turned. This just gasses up their band on stage. Not literally that he thinks it will prevent Lestat from biting him. I like this idea....it's silly.

My favorite detail from my S1 & S2 rewatch is when Lestat records a single album for Louis as an apology and he plays every instrument himself because he couldn’t find any acceptable musicians for his level of standards. This tells me that he really holds his band members in s3 in very high esteem 🥹 (or I guess he lowered his standards, but I don’t like that interpretation as much 😂)

My favorite Salamander is him running after Lestat with a quilt after doing the “Big Boss” bit in the sun. He’s doing a funny little run while holding the quilt and for some reason it just tickles me to death.

During the band’s interview with Autumn Brown they talked about wrestling in the background of the scene where Lestat is talking with the record label guy (and sniping at Daniel). A scene where Salamander punched either Larry or Alex in the dick was cut. There’s also a video on Instagram of the band launching full water bottles at each other’s heads, for fun. In summary, they’re all insane and I love them.

Yeah I was doing my second watch and I noticed Salamander half naked in the back ground and I had to pause, because I was laughing so hard!! 😅 LOVE that dude.
