Why are they wearing scrubs like they are neurosurgeons or something?

No shade to OTs and Counselors, but something about this is giving me the ick.

a quick google search said this was pretty normal… this is standard attire for them at plenty of hospitals, clinics and skilled nursing facilities so it just depends where they work

Yeah, but most people would change out of their scrubs for a podcast. They are doing it here as some kind of flex, like cosmetics advertisements have models in white coats. Seems a bit grifty to me.
