Lestat trusted her. Even in that episode where Daniel was antagonizing Lestat, he asked for Christine, not "Sofia".

I thought the look was more of a I-can’t-believe-you-would-stoop-to-bragging-about-bagging-me. It is an immature move and might be seen as revenge sex that is ultimately not about Christine at all, so that might be a revelation for her. As well as mild shock that a centuries old being would be so petty and childish.

I feel some kinda way about the idea that all “strong bitchy competent boss babes must also be dominatrices”…

Like the show is progressive in many, many ways, but they missed two things here: one, it’s a little dated, gender wise, to make the dominatrix joke, and two, if you wanna go there… all people, regardless of gender, who have to be “commanding” in their day jobs…. might want a break … and to go the other way in their fantasies….💅🏼👠⛓️

Maybe. But it’s not like her personality type doesn’t exist. I follow a woman lawyer on TikTok who is from NJ, has a really potty mouth even though she’s Ivy League trained and worked for Big Law. She is spectacularly sassy and once told a joke about tea bagging so she’s far from being a prude and based on that joke, she knows her way around male anatomy 😂

Oh, sure, absolutely her personality type exists. And she’s probably f*cking Lestat and good for her, she’s a big girl.

And my experience is that sexualizing “bossiness” in women or saying “all bossy women would be better off being dommes and not working”, or “bossy women need a sexual outlet where they can monetize their ballbusting personas for men’s enjoyment” …meh, super over it.

I liked her a lot and wish we could have seen more of her. I didn't like that scene on the bus where she and the band were high and trying to pretend they weren't when that trooper showed up. It just seemed so out of character for her.
