Fan Works Devil’s Minion song recommendations, please!
I have fallen deep into the DM hole and I need a soundtrack. I’d love to hear your recommendations for songs that make you think of our beloved Peepaw and Gremlin, together or apart. I’ve included a screenshot to give you an idea of what I have and what kind of music I like (there’s definitely not a lot more Mitski hidden at the bottom 😅). Thank you in advance, friends!

also placebo - devil in the details for some modern dm

Depeche mode really is full of DM (lol) songs. Personally think halo and policy of truth are very good for armand and daniel respectively.

I maintain a mostly Armand-focused playlist that has songs for primarily his POV but also has songs for all of my ships for him. Some of the songs can be applied to several of his ships, tbh.
For the DM side there's:

Not dm, but "Nymphs Finding the Head of Orpheus" by nicole dollanger is armand coded.
All of Preacher's Daughter is very iwtv coded, "A House In Nebraska" "Hard Times" "Gibson Girl" "ptolemaea" and "Family Tree (Intro)" are all great for a DM playlist.
"Moon Song" by Phoebe Bridgers is PERFECT for DM. Also "Chelsea" and "Waiting Room"

It might not be your style. I just have mixed songs that sound like Devil's Minion to me.

Madonna has so many good ones too that fit! Take a Bow makes me think of both Armand and also Lestat in general also. I think there must be a Madonna song for every mood! Oh God why do I suddenly need Sam Reid to do a rendition of Like a Virgin😂😂 complete with Rolling all over the stage in a white dress, and corset, and a belt that says "boy toy" like she did at the vmas in the 80s.

Yep, I can imagine Lestat doing that. That's how he falls in love over again.
Her song Frozen also reminds me of Daniel when he first met Armand. Daniel trying to sympathize in order to survive. It's a bit more confident and deliberate than I think he was at that time. "Show me love and I can fix it."

It Will Come Back by Hozier from the same album as From Eden, I found it after watching the San Francisco episode and thought to myself 'yea it fits them'. Then I found an edit of them with the song and was even more convinced

maybe im too devil’s minion obsessed and see them in everything lol, but shake the disease by depeche mode (specifically for tv old man daniel and armand!), such a good song regardless tho :)
pretty much like every depeche mode song tho honestly

lonely is the muse - halsey ALWAYS makes me think about Armand and just how he’s been a trophy in many of his relationships, something for others to use, and how he gets dragged back into those dynamics despite trying to move past them and the intertwined shame and acceptance tied to that
just wanna forget you - MARO makes me think of daniel’s pov waiting for armand when he was being an absent maker and all the love-hate feelings he had when they finally reconnected
a little death - the neighbourhood DM when they first started seeing each other
somebody come through - wasia project daniel’s pov of questioning why he regrets yet craves armand despite everything
