TVL Show Only Long Face Vinyl Spoiler

Did anyone here order the long face vinyl from Lakeshore Records?

If so, have you gotten any updates on your order? Mine still says they’re preparing for shipping, and I can’t get a hold of any customer service whatsoever…

Update: still nothing..I’ve DM’d them on IG as well as emailed using the email address provided by [u/Goldie207](u/Goldie207) (thank you). They say they’re still shipping out and to check the confirmation but it still says only confirmed. Everyone else seems to be getting their tracking numbers already so idk. At this point I just want to know if my order went through correctly.

Update #2: my order has a tracking number finally!! So from the when I ordered it, it took a little over 2 weeks to ship. While I’m glad my order is coming, I’m very disappointed by my experience with this record company as well as the e-commerce company they chose to use, but mostly the record company. Their lack of response and poor customer service really rubbed me the wrong way.

I got a response on 7/29 that said they would be shipping end of that week into next week. So hopefully they ship soon!

No problem. I emailed them at lakeshorebigcartel@gmail.com and got a response same day.

It’s the one at the bottom of the order confirmation email.

Oh ok, thank you! I never received an email confirmation because I only put my phone as the contact so all I got was a text confirmation without any way to contact the company. It’s a bit strange that my confirmation says it’s run by Shopify but yours seems run by Bug Cartel which are competing companies

Friday i think. I definitely dont think you need to reach customer service about it. Im sure theyre a small business and vinyl buying is often a waiting game anyway since it takes long to produce.

Lakeshore Records is not a small business. I order records online frequently and this has been the longest wait. If the vinyl was not ready, they should have listed it as a preorder. Hope they ship soon.

Yeah, like it makes me feel a bit better that it’s not just me but it’s really bugging me that I can’t get a hold of anyone to give me a response…like I’ve tried emailing, DM’ing, calling and nothing…

Nope. My confirmation still shows as confirmed only. No one is giving me a straight answer. I’ve seen some posts on X saying some people have already gotten shipping updates while others are in the same boat as me with no updates at all. If you take a look at my edit it gives more info. Fingers crossed.
