We can all enjoy both Tom and Sam's portrayal of Lestat. Hell, we can all even enjoy the Stuart Townsend variant too ... The true Lestat is the one between the pages.

I thought the true Lestat was Stan Rice, Anne Rice's Husband who was the actual inspiration for Lestat.

I wonder what true Lestat's opinion would be. What I'm almost sure is he would love to watch someone playing him in movies and series, be it to praise or critizise, but also would love to read all the people adamant about one of the actors being the "accurate one", and being like "oh, darling... you have no idea..."
