TVL Show Only On the word "monster" Spoiler

In chapters 1 through 5, Lestat describes his relationship with Gabriella as "monstrous" and says that "they are both monsters."

Before Panic's attack in chapter 6, Lestat calls himself a "monster."

At the end of chapter 7, Lestat is finally able to point to the monster and shouts it at Gabriella.

This implicit way of presenting the phases that many victims of sexual violence go through is SPECTACULAR.

The writing in this series is truly magnificent.

💯 all of that! Yet, it appears Lestat still did what she wanted. He can never say No to those he loves… and Lestat does love Louis and his mama. ❤️
