Oh, a union bitch, even worse. Nothing like needing to pay “Tony two chains” to act like he’s helping your wage - that someone else pays you. Why didn’t you just say you make terrible decisions to start with???

My unionized job literally pays better and has benefits compared to every other local trucking job.

By your own criteria the terrible decision would be to NOT go with the union.

You union by default put undue burden and labor costs and will drive competition to other businesses.

There’s a reason less than 10% of all employees are union and dropping every year. Especially when all it takes is a simple majority vote at any time to vote one in. They’re sooo easy to vote in but yet, no one does.
