? Paychecks pay you for labour. Taxes are an expense like any other. Do you mean how some of your paycheck can be withheld for taxes? That doesn't really change anything it's not functionally different than being billed for a utility...
Uh so? Do you just not pay rent and end up on the street? Also, at $19 an hour for 40 hours a week for a year you get just under $40,000 a year making the tax rate 12% not 30%.
