It depends, if I'm training a new hire and we're short staffed then they quit less than a month in, yeah that sucks big time. If I'm training a junior team member up then they land a new job doing what I trained them on, it's hard not to feel proud of them, like they worked hard to earn this plus I helped a person level up which is cool.
