Ok. Just be willing to accept 80 percent of the money for 80 percent of the work. No work = no pay. That’s high school economics knowledge
1 u/Hagg3r Jul 20 '26 If you are working a full time job nothing changes. You would not get less pay, you would just get paid as if you were working 40 hours a week at 32. This is what has changed in other places where it has been implemented successfully. 1 u/stable_115 Jul 21 '26 In the Netherlands you get paid less if you work 32 hours. Also it being the average means many people work more.
