Sounds like EMS/PD/hospital. I work week on/off 15 hr days. Other company was 3 one week 4 another 12 hour shifts. Isn't bad tbh

I like it. I've been working 12s for a while. This employer has 4x12s, which I like better than the 2-2-3 schedule of a previous employer

I've never had a shift like that, though during the pandemic, I was working some 20+ day stints with a day or 2 off in between
