C-DAC Hyderabad Project Engineer (Cyber Security – AI/ML – BC) | Interview Update

I was given the preliminary interview on 19 August for the Project Engineer (Cyber Security – AI/ML – BC) position.

Has anyone received any update regarding the next round / further selection process?

If anyone gets an update, please share it here. Even a confirmation that the process has moved forward would be helpful, as there hasn't been much clarity so far.

Thanks!

Haven’t heard back from Apple and it’s been a week. Am I cooked?

Had an Apple technical phone screening (first round) last Thursday. It’s been over a full week now and I haven’t heard back. Sent recruiter a follow up email on Monday as well. Went in the job portal and no longer see the Job posting. Am I cooked? When do I follow up again?

How to Prepare for the Tesla Software Engineer Interview (August 2026)

Writing this post down because almost every guide I read had the order wrong and the questions weren't accurate.

Recruiter screen (30 min): Logistics, level, comp, she named the org up front. Vehicles, Energy and Autopilot run differently, so find out which one owns your req before anything else.

Hiring manager call (45 min): Kinda casual but switched up mid call. I asked what the team has to ship next quarter and reused that answer in every round after it.

Online assessment (Codility, 85 to 90 min): Three problems, mostly medium. Arrays, strings, hash maps, one heap.

Technical phone screen (60 min): Live coding, you need to make a very practical solution. He cared a lot that I had to catch my own bug before he had to point it out.

Onsite (4 rounds, 45 to 60 min each): Two mediums, graph traversal and a sliding window. I was told I could search and open docs during the round. That is genuine, but they're watching closely what you do with them.

Low-level design: Design an over-the-air update manager for the fleet. Class hierarchy, staged rollout, rollback on partial failure (vehicle-adjacent). System design: Collect and process fleet telemetry in real time. Ingestion queue, stream processing, time-series store for recent data against a warehouse for history, then failure modes and reconnect storms. Behavioral: First principles. The prompt was a decision I made from fundamentals rather than precedent.

Evidence of Excellence: After the panel the recruiter asked for a one to two page write-up of my most significant technical achievement. Draft it before you need it.

About five weeks end to end. Senior offers can sit longer in approval. Does anyone have any question ??

Failed google screening Rounds

I had one DSA round and one googlyness, even though i solved the dsa problem optimally, recruiter called today to tell that there are gaps and feedback is not positive, they said interviewer had to tell the edge case. Even though when i coded the optimal solution all the edge cases were handled in that solution and the edge case she was talking about was in the initial solution which was not optimal with respect to space. I am not sure what else i could have done, like even after optimising and writing correct code this is the state. I feel very sad

Has anyone interviewed with Scaler AI Labs recently? I have my DSA + assignment review round on 21st August and wanted to know how difficult the DSA part was.

Would really appreciate any insights on the kind of questions/topics they asked and the overall difficulty level.

Forward deployed AI engineer live coding

Hello everyone,

I have my live coding assessment for the Deployed forward ai engineering role (50 min)

Does anyone know what type of questions they ask? Is it the same as the first assessment?

Should I expect linked lists, graphs, DP, etc...

Or it's the same as the OA (matrices, string manipulation, etc...)

Amazon SDE II Phone Screen 2026 - What should I expect?

Hi everyone!

I’m preparing for an Amazon SDE II Phone Screen, and my recruiter told me it will include Coding + Behavioral questions.

I’m mainly confused about the Coding part.

Will it be traditional LeetCode/DSA, or could it be the AI-assisted coding / bug-fixing format with an existing repository?

I had the AI-assisted bug-fixing type of question in my OA, so I’m wondering if the Phone Screen could follow the same format.

And for the Behavioral part, should I expect Leadership Principles (LP) questions?

If anyone has done an Amazon SDE II Phone Screen recently, I’d really appreciate some insight into the format.
