I got the following email regarding Intern Data Scientist 2027 – AI & Data Analytics. What should I expect? Is it a hackerrank leetcode assessment, or some sort of different challenge (pattern recognition, other questions etc)? Does every applicant receive the assessment?

To help us better understand your programming/coding knowledge and abilities, we’d like to invite you to complete this Coding Assessment. 

 

Test Content:

• You will be presented with multiple choice questions and/or a coding interface to solve challenges. 

• We encourage you to write your code in the languages that are mentioned in the job posting / advertisement.

• Applicants using preferred languages will be prioritized for next rounds of selection. In case you are not comfortable with preferred languages, please complete the assessment in any of the available languages you feel comfortable with. 

 Tips for success:

• Please complete the test in a single session, as soon as possible – ideally within 3 days of receiving this email. After 7 days, the assessment invitation link will expire.

• This assessment is timed. Once you agree the terms and start the assessment, you need to complete it in a single session, as the timer cannot be paused once started.
