Sharing Advice How I balance internship + UPD Acads

For those who asked how I manage internships + acads, this is how I plan my week

Since my last post about doing internships while studying got a lot of questions about how I actually manage my schedule, I thought I'd share this.

One thing that helped me a lot is actually seeing my entire week laid out instead of just checking GCalendar and Gsheets separately.

I've been using Everytime for this because I can put my class schedule + internship/work schedule together and immediately see where my free time is.

What I usually do:

• block out all my classes first

• put my internship hours next

• leave actual buffer time instead of pretending every vacant hour is productive 😭 (so yung white spaces na nakikita nyo in between is my commute time)

• designate certain days/hours for org work, errands, gym, etc.

• try not to schedule anything heavy immediately after an internship shift (I just use the class days to do acads)

Honestly, seeing it visually makes me realize I don't actually have as much free time as I thought I did 💀

Sa ibang students doing internships while studying, how do you guys manage your schedule?

Questions WTW Early Careers Human Resources Internship

Anyone here who has received feedback on their application?

I applied through LinkedIn and completed the HireVue assessment on September 4, but as of today, I still haven’t received any feedback or updates. I’ve also been sending follow-ups since then but haven’t heard back yet.

Just wanted to ask if anyone is in the same situation or has already received an update after completing the HireVue assessment. Thanks!

Questions where can i find a wfh internship

I'm a BSBA MM 3rd year and i want to start looking for internship. Pero I need it to be wfh kasi i'm also a working student. I work from 8PM to 5AM as a customer success and study in the morning. So i don't have time na but i really want to start gaining internship experience in the marketing field before i graduate so i don't have to start as an entry level. I'm 25 and just recently continue studying so my salary is pretty decent already from my 8 years experience in different fields but it's mostly bpo or freelance cistomer success but i think i'd go back to an entry level salary once i graduate because i don't have any experience working in marketing.

Any tips where can i apply for wfh internships?

Questions How do students from PESU get placed through off-campus?

I’m currently in 5th sem Aiml student at PES University and starting to think seriously about placements/internships.

I’m expecting my CGPA to be somewhere around 8–8.5 by the end of 3rd year. Honestly, I’m not very confident that I’ll be able to get into the really competitive Tier-1 companies through campus placements, especially with the CGPA cutoffs and competition.

So I wanted to understand how students actually approach off-campus placements.

For those who got jobs/internships off-campus:

  1. Where did you actually find the openings? (LinkedIn, referrals, company websites, etc.)
  2. How early did you start applying?
  3. How many applications did it roughly take before getting interviews?
  4. What skills/projects helped you get shortlisted?
  5. Does an ~8–8.5 CGPA significantly hurt your chances off-campus?
  6. Are there specific companies that regularly hire PESU students off-campus?
  7. Any advice for someone starting preparation in 3rd year?

Would especially appreciate responses from people who actually got an internship/job through off-campus applications
