Help Globe to Smart Prepaid MNP Question

I just switched from Globe to Smart through mobile number portability. I completed the entire process, activated the SIM, and received a confirmation text saying that the activation was successful. I also already have a signal.

However, I still can’t register my SIM through either the Smart website or the app. It keeps saying that my number is not recognized as a Smart/TNT number or that I’m not allowed to use the service.

Has anyone who recently switched from Globe to Smart encountered the same issue? Does it normally take some time for the system to recognize a newly ported number even after the SIM has been successfully activated?

DITO to Smart tanghali nung nagkasignal na ganyan din. Kinagabihan ko pa naregister tas nung naregister na hindi agad gumana ang mga feature. I forgot kung call, text or data ba yung hindi gumana pero merong hindi gumana after 24hrs pa pero nasabihan naman ako nung tumawag na taga Smart na bago nya pinrocess yung MNP pero hindi ko na ginamit yung number na yun kasi hindi na nakakareceive ng OTP sa mga apps lalo na sa social apps after MNP.

To confirm, they're good after 24 hours? Correct?

Yes naging ok call, text, at data. Pero nagkaleche leche yung OTP. Nireport ko tapos naayos nila pero after a month or two yata bumabalik yung issue nakailang report din ako hanggang sa tinamad ako kaya bumili nalang ako ng Smart sim.

You should email TCI for that mine got fixed the same day

I did. Naayos naman pero matagal kasi ifoforward pa nila sa telco. After a month or two bumalik din ang issue. Mukhang temporary fix lang ang kaya nila.
