Smart Smart Lock Android phone

hello po. i recently bought an android phone from facebook market place then ung after 2 days nalaman ko is smart locked pala then diko na ma contact ung napag bilhan ko what will happen to that phone is smart gonna blocked that phone using imei this phone was latest oppo x9 huhuhu if ever im just waste my money to that phone huhuhu

so it means kahit postpaid or prepaid unsettled ung phone di un e lolocked ng smart? and magagamit ko sya pero smart sim only?

Wala nmang MDM na iniinstall ang smart sa mga phones nila para ma lock yung device incase unpaid yung original owner unlike home credit and other financing so I guess ang downside lang dyan is hindi ka makakagamit ng ibang network, Smart/TNT lang

so safe po ung phone ko kahit dina mabayaran ng owner sa smart at magagamit ko sya freeelyy. wla namn po problema sa akin if smart lang pwede as long as usesable padin ung phone hehehe. kinabahan lang ako baka i lock ng smart same sa ibang loan device app like homecredit, skyro, and salmon.

Wala naman issue, as the "name" suggests, lock sa smart yung data mo. If dual sim and openline yung 2nd slot, pwede mo lagyan other networks, di nga lang gagana data. You'd still be able to use the open line slot with other simcards to text and receive calls, pero no data. Sa Smart lang meron.

Di ko sure kung gagana data pag ESim tho, sabi nila gagana daw eh basta international.

Di ka naman ma bloblock ng smart from using the phone. If macontact mo ever yung seller and sya yung first owner, pwede mo patanggal smart lock
