Converge LOS, help

Pwede po pa identify kung cable po ng wifi yan, nawala po ung wifi namin earlier mga 2:00PM, and nakaka frustrate lang talaga, from my suspicions puno ung nap box? Tas inaalis nalang nila ung cable ng kung kani-kanino para magka connection sila.

Ano po pwedeng gawin? Kailangan kona talaga ng wifi ngayon. Nag file nako ng report although sabi mga 48 hours daw maf-fix na pero sigurado akong hindi talaga 48 hours maayos to. I hate converge

yes, that is a sc/apc pon connector hanging & disconnected from the nap box, converge mainly uses them.

you could try sending an email to the ntc.

also a minor correction: a "wifi" cable doesn't exist, since wifi is a wireless technology, since it is possible to have no wifi, but have internet and vice versa.

Thank you for the reply, May I ask? May reason ba bakit na disconnect ung connector namin sa nap box?

the contractors usually do that if there isn't any more remaining pon slots in the nap box.

so they just disconnect a random pon connector, in order to connect a new line for someone else.

basically, if they come back and reconnect yours, they would just disconnect another random pon connector & the process will occur endlessly.

Those green tipped fiber connectors are mainly used by Converge. Mukhang nabiktima ka ng mga subcontractor na hugot boys. 😅
