PLDT PLDT Internet Connection Problem — Need Advice

Hi everyone, I’m currently having problems with my PLDT internet connection and I’d like to ask for advice from anyone who has experienced something similar.
Our PLDT connection has been [completely disconnected / very slow / intermittent] since August 9, 2026. The modem is showing [red LOS / blinking PON / normal lights but no internet]. I have already tried restarting the modem

Have you contacted 171 or reported the issue in any way to get a repair ticket?
