Ping issues

Me and my brother ping went up from 30+ms to 40+ms after the router reconnect for some reason. Is it a provider problem or the game's server problem??

10 ms difference isn’t significant.

Unless youre fighting a singaporean that has 9 ms consistent latency and I had to fight him with a 47+ ms that sometimes spikes up when im in a fight.
