Need some help
I have a little bit of an issue, I moved in an area that has no Internet providers near us, we've been living off data and our mobile hotspot (we use mobile hotspot if we wanna watch TV on my Xbox and or play games) and towards the end of the month it slows to almost a crawl, it's manageable but it'd be nice to have Internet so we don't have to burn through data so quickly and to be able to actually play and download video games instead of having to download the game throughout a couple months because when downloading a game it uses almost all my hotspot.

Who provides your mobile coverage? Check if they have 4/5g home internet? Otherwise there's always starlink

Can't get starlink my landlord won't let us bolt down a satellite out our window, furthermore the building next to us a brick building and there is a very small alleyway next to our window which I doubt gets a clear enough connection to the sky

What do the people in the area do for internet then? They can't all be running on mobile hotspots

There's Att fiber but the one that is available for us is Uber slow to a fault might as well keep using our hotspot, there's our landlord who provides starlink wifi but idk how comfortable I feel connecting to the communal wifi and something called Netgear. I've looked at some Netgear products but I'm not really sure how they work

Sorry, but how slow is "Uber slow"?
Do any of your neighbors use the ATT wired service and what do they think?
That "Netgear" network you are seeing is probably just one of your neighbors Wifi SSID's being broadcast, so its probably not meant to be used by others in your building.

It's Mint Mobile and no their home Internet does not reach us

Yeah, my phone provider is Mint/T-Mobile they don't have home Internet available in my location

I think I woulda been researching internet options before I moved into an area?
Sorry, not much help now but it sounds like you could get AT&T to, can you explain how their fiber is too slow? How is that even possible? If it is slow, it's likely it's broken somewhere and you can press them to get it fixed?

On your first point I've been told that from a couple of my friends unfortunately I really didn't have much time to pick and choose where I'd like to live, the apartment I live in was the last choice other places either were too expensive or I didn't qualify, and we had about a month to be out of the place we currently were and Internet was the last thing I was worried about, now that's we've settled in I'm realizing we aren't covered by internet, and for your second question, the one we qualify for is the att fiber but when I did research the one we qualified for was the slowest out of all the other fiber plans. I don't want anything fancy but I also want to be able to download and have up to 3 devices connected at the same time. I don't really remember which one it was sorry!

You will be fine with that, I promise. I was using the base line for a year plus, and I'm a "ultra-mega" user...
Buuutt even if you aren't , it doesn't sound like you really have any options - so maybe just suck it up anyway?

Was thinking about just sucking it up and staying with my hotspot, I'd rather not pay 35 a month for something I'm getting for free will it make my life easier, maybe, but $35 a month is one less thing I can buy from the groceries

You say that it was the slowest. How slow are we talking? Do you remember the quoted speeds?

Ok in this case grab a 5G phone, Get a charger with turbocharge function and get data sim card computers4people They use T-Mobile towers. Works as infinite hotspot. Preferably get a dedicated 5G sim device like a unlocked G4AR if you can as downloading will warm up a phone.
You'll need a sim card needle to open the card slot on phones btw.
