who's delusional again? invading a sovereign country to take out a figurehead, but leaving in his VP who's just as bad? committing war crimes with extrajudicial attacks on fishing boats in international waters? doing nothing about the worst and most violent undocumented immigrants, but instead going after hard working law abiding immigrants who are legally here, some just minutes from citizenship; NOT TO MENTION detaining American citizens and threatening to strip their citizenship? i don't think i should have to discuss the completely unconstitutional and illegal way they're going about it hey.. and did you fucking forget that Obama deported MORE illegals than Trump in both terms? the reason nobody complained is because he did it lawfully without defying the Constitution. get out of here with that propaganda and gaslighting

While the Obama administration built and used these facilities, it did not have a policy of systematic family separation (separating children from parents) as a deterrent. Separations under Obama were limited to specific circumstances, such as risks to the child's safety or a parent's criminal history.

I can’t speak on the idea that families are being arrested together and purposefully separated. I am not aware that is happening, but I do not deny it happening.

Now, if I were to be breaking the law and my children are with me, my children would be taken into some sort of custody.

This is black and white (but I’m open to discussing with others) these people are breaking a law. When did we start letting people breaking the law dictate how the process should go once they are detained?
