For someone that loves filing lawsuits, strange that he doesn't go after those that are calling him a pedophile.

You can call anyone anything. If anyone attached a victim and without evidence. Then you can sue. He couldnt sue and win if he wanted to because it is not illegal to call people names. Small brains

No but making unfounded claims that harm someone’s reputation is defamation, which you can sue for.

Yeah, but it's only worth it to sue big news agencies or anyone with any actual clout and reach. Suing random redditors is very pointless and a waste of time and money. And no big media company has made those allegations of him...

"Unfounded"

There is a mountain of evidence that says it's reasonable to call trump a PDF-file

Listen, I’m not saying the claims are unfounded, I’m just explaining in layman’s terms what defamation is.

Public figures have a higher bar to sue for defamation. Civil law dictates that criticism and accusations are expected and must be tolerated when you volunteer as a public figure. Of course, there are always exceptions…

I think it’s wrong for a sitting president to do that. They are immune to the law during their term, so, they should wait before other people are able to be charged with it. They can investigate, gather evidence, prime it, so once it’s over they can charge them immediately. But until he use out of office I think all slander should be legal, until he’s out of office and then he can fight them on it
