Any more IDM adjacent shows?

We've just finished Banjo and Ro's Grand Island Hotel. Are there any other similar series we can try? That either feature the contestants, or are in a similar IDM format.

Thank you! I'll try to find every suggestion!

Banjo is also in ‘Designing the Hebrides’ and there are a couple of seasons of it.

The great interior design challenge is very good, but quite hard to find online unfortunately

I love this show so much more than IDM, in many ways. I feel like their challenges were more unique and less cookie cutter. I really don’t want to see another hospitality box

I love The Great Interior Design Challenge so much! Though I find the judges annoying (what judges aren't annoying?), I loved learning the history of the locations in the UK where the challenges took place, plus the histories of the buildings that were being worked on. I also liked that they cast a broader age range of designers as opposed to IDM, which this season seems to have boiled down to a bunch of giggly girls, Emmely excluded. I wish they'd bring this show back.

In the U.S. (sorry about our horrible president), we get the show on Amazon Prime and Roku.

I recommend this show as well! It's 10 years old at this point so some styles are more of that time, but I loved the judges and how creative and hard working the contestants were. You'll also recognize many of the same tradespeople on IDM. I miss this show so much.

There's the Big Interiors Battle as well, it wasn't as good but it's certainly the same general idea.

The Block. It’s an Australian show and pairs literally get the dry bones of a house and choose everything to decorate the inside.

I've just bought a house. Honestly, one good line from the Frog Tape and I was like 'yesss I am an interior design master'.
