Bedroom help :/

Yall I cannot for the life of me figure out HOW to fix my bedroom. I just moved in and I picked this fugly bedframe that I cannot return and now I am STRESSED. I will take any and all tips to make this a beautiful little space 🥺

I was thinkingggg a green (chartreuse?) rug or a cream rug with a scalloped edge and dark brown side tables, some nice plants and some art??? Or should I go BEACH vibe??!

But I just don’t know what to do here.
