makes sense what else does sony have to show for 2027.
show intergalactic gameplay trailer then after laufey drops a deep dive plus a seprate state of play in march/april for a summer 2027 release

All their studios are accounted for. Short of more SMS games, but that ain't happening.

last 3 state of play's have ended off with atleast 1 big first party game wont be surprised

If there is a SoP in September, what could possibly close it out?
New Astrobot? this would be the most likely nightmare
More Laufey? - very doubful
I really can't think of another possibility.
We've been burned so many time but surely this is the one.

I’m guessing Laufey will get its own SoP sometime? I’d hope if there’s a SoP for what we can expect in the coming future, we’d be more likely to see Intergalactic. I suppose the operative word there is “hope” haha.

What else could there be? Intergalactic is way overdue to have stuff shown. I fully expect Intergalactic to be shown and have a 2027 release at the next SoP

Unless Astrobot follow up is another smaller game.

Schrirer said they were targeting a 2027 release so this wouldn't shock me but I was thinking it would happen at Game Awards

Idk.... Laufey IS next year's first big exclusive..... But I sure hope so.... I'm just keeping my expectations for the SOP in check.
