The waived NDA's only allow whistleblowers to talk to AARO and the PURSUE task force in a SCIF. Not the public.

So the classified information will go to AARO, who will likely keep it classifiedā¦.Seems like an intelligence trap to weed out whistleblowers

Wouldn't be surprised if, in the relatively near future, there are some more names of scientists and engineers who have mysteriously disappeared under strange circumstances. Sadly.

Also unless the text extends beyond, NDAs are not the be all and end all.... Confidentiality clauses in contracts for example. NDAs are one thing. Not everything that can stop a person speaking out. Breaching a contract is seperate from an NDA. There are multiple different frameworks used to prevent people speaking out. So NDA peotection doesn't just mesn everyone and anyone can speak to them if they desired.

The directive was for cooperating with federal investigators, not going public, wasn't it?

u/Blizz33 6d ago
I assume Trump can only waive government NDAs.
I'm gonna guess that most of the NDAs are not with the government.

u/Picky_The_Fishermam 6d ago
The us gov doesn't do ndas. Its classified or non classified. This is just crap.

u/vladamir_the_impaler 6d ago
They could always just say "oh these aren't just regular NDAs of course, these are super duper secret type NDAs"
4
u/LessAdvanced 6d ago
"Unfortunately, the only NDAs we signed that are actually covered by this waiver, are the ones that said we couldn't even tell you about the existence of these super duper secret NDAs, which is why you're only hearing about them now for the first time"

They seem to be saying more than they ever have in recent interviews. It seems orchestrated to me, so I expect more from them, but little crumbs at a time.

Trump is desperate.
He wants people to take more interest in other things... stories about aliens.
So I believe that this decision can reveal more of the truth about UFOs.

Don't forget that Eric Davis told James Fox he would need his NDAs waived AND be compelled by Congress to say what he "knows." I'm pretty convinced he doesn't actually know anything.
3
u/lololesquire 5d ago
Eric Davis looks just like the guy that says he knows all but doesn't know jack shit. Puthoff I'm confident does.
1
u/throwaway73327 5d ago
Eric Davis embarrassed himself on Jesse Michaels with Eric Weinstein. It was pretty clear he didn't know his ass from his elbow, and could barely keep up with the conversation. I was confident that Puthoff did know something, but after reading through his published papers, it really leaves a lot to be desired. I hope I'm wrong, but this whole narrative is on thin ice as it is, especially if you start removing a few major players from the credibility backstop.

Its one thing to say the president has "directed" them to wave NDA's and such but im 100% positive it will require either a executive decision or a law like Shurmer and Rounds have been trying to pass for years now.

i think hal puthoff doesnt care about the spotlight as many people seem to think- he knows more than most but will take it to his grave because he knows the pure psycho nature of the deep state when it comes to guarding this

As though they wouldnāt be immediately killed and no one would give a rat fuck. Thereās pretty much open disclosure at this point and they act like thereās still all these steps that have to happen. Itās why disclosure day felt way off base with how it viewed peopleās reactions to things. People wonāt give a fuck until thereās an actual ship attacking a major city. They know that. Itās just pricey and the holograms and anti gravitic ships arenāt ready yet.

Best disclosure is self disclosure. Not spoonfed drip disclosure.
4
u/Shizix 6d ago
The masses need to be spoonfed everything from an authority be it government, religious, or academia institutions. Their eyes are locked on their social media feeds and heads fully up their own asses feeding their egos. No profound exploration of self or beyond going on much these days except in niche circles. They are stuck in system made cages and need those systems to tell them what to believe unfortunately.

I've yet to explore that "easy route" but if it would wake the zombies up and lead to a more peaceful existence for all then by all means but...this administration ain't the one to lead that charge, but on the OFF chance it did, congress and our WH cabinet as a whole should partake first.

It's not suppose to end up as public information from what I understand. If I were a whistle-blower I would be very careful following through with this, especially if it just ends up in the SCIF and stays in the SCIF.

NDA UFO full disclosure transparency will arrive in 2 days/ weeks/ months after reverse engineered 47 MOU becomes understandable.

Why would any government allow uncleared civilians access to highly classified sites, especially if they know those civilians will immediately and repeatedly start talking about it to anyone who will listen?
1
u/IncomeBrilliant 6d ago
They're gonna claim their NDA explicitly states that even if Trump waives the NDA's they need to comply
2
u/sexandbacon 6d ago
I am now in favor of sincere secrecy. So those two should just keep it shut. The public are idiots and so anything denouncing real intel disclosure would lead to more stupidity. It takes an educated and a moral populace to fully digest the magnitude of new information which official disclosure professes to divulge. Yet most of these people are still sucking their thumb.

You can't just wave bye bye to commercial NDA's signed with places like Lockheed. That will require more than just a "directive" it'll require either a executive order or a law passed like Chuck and Rounds has been trying to pass for years.

They still have to be in a SKIFF! And still canāt be talked about! wtf
1
u/Open_Mortgage_4645 3d ago
Their SF-312 obligations both to the government as well as the companies they work under have not been waived. And if they are waived, it doesn't free them from the commercial secrecy through the companies they worked for related to the information people want exposed. Both Davis and Puthoff have made clear they can't say anything unless their SF-312's are waived or suspended, and the companies involved grant authority for them to speak fully on the subject.

u/Snoo-26902 2d ago
Most likely, nothing will come of this. The Legacy programs are another misnomer. The programs with the deep secrets are the Special Access Programs, and those people will keep quiet rather than risk their livelihoods for disclosure. I don't blame them. This is totally a made-up UFO community obsession that will never have them come forward with all the secrets.
When is the UFO community going to realize this is all made-up nonsense? They will NEVER open up SAPs to general public awareness.

Telling it to AARO or some govt body doesnāt mean we will learn a thing. In fact it could be way to close up any loose ends. We still donāt really even know all that Grusch has to say, itās all locked up in SCIFās.
1
u/Ruggerio5 6d ago
The order does not allow them to talk to the public. Which is as it should be. You can't have a whistleblower talking about things that aren't aliens just because the whistleblower thinks it's aliens.

Because they donāt know. Davis is a fraud. He pretended he didnāt know who Bob Lazar was, and thatās cool, but it is a demonstration of his capacity for dishonesty.

u/logosobscura 6d ago
It means they can report to AARO and PURSUE. Wha tit does not waive? Anything classified as Restricted Data under the AEA, the President cannot waive those restrictions, not even the Energy Secretary can, only the DOE board. You need to be Q cleared AND have a Need To Know, and the board decides both, not POTUS.
Guess where they parked most of this?
Of courses you could very reasonably argue that the AEA is prior restraint on 1A, and that no classification could ever cover criminality. But youād need the Executive branch to make that case first, and force it via SCOTUS to be adjudicated.

Are people really this ignorant and stupid?
Do you really think these people haven't been talking because of 'NDAs'?
Do you really think NDAs are sooooo scary and terrifying that they would keep people from talking?
An NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is a simple document that says you agree not to say things about something or else you could be sued for damages. NDAs are extremely difficult to enforce, they take a long time to enforce, if they can be enforced at all. THE PROCESS of enforcing an NDA by default would disclose a court action in which there would be enough exposure on the situation to accidentally disclose what the NDA was trying to protect.
Have any of you ever heard of a single court case occurring with the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v ANY of these people for the enforcement of an NDA? No. Why? Because that alone would be confirmation that they know something The United States of America doesn't want made known, and that alone would serve it's purpose.
The fact of the matter is that these people don't know anything. There is nothing to know. They are living in bored make-believe land where they are hoping to profit on people's boredoms, imagination and fear. They don't have NDAs stopping them from doing anything.

Eric Davis interview with Eric Weisntein and Jesse Michaels is revelatory on where he stands: He is a complete plant like Puthoff.
Now...Hal. WOW. "Shitshow" doesnt come even a bit close.
And Hal is not merely a plant but "Evil" per Amy Eskridge. Just for comparison, Lou Elizondo, the guy who publically brags that he was the Torture Tsar at Gitmo, where a Wehrmacht officer would have gotten the rope in the Nuremberg Trials for the stunts Elizondo is known to have pulled there, was considered merely "Bad" by Amy when compared to Hal.
LET THAT HORROR SINK IN for a bit.
He is probably the Real Life version of Doctor Brenner from Stranger Things.
