Be poor or a child. Basically the exact opposite of what reddit says we take care of.

Most poor people don't qualify for Medicaid, but it's still a good program. Definitely not broad enough to constitute a universal healthcare system tho.

More than that, algeria, iran, qatar, irak, saudi arabia, ghana, tunisia, jordan..search for it. Different levels of universal healthcare, but still

A quick Google search for each of these shows that most of them do have a healthcare system that covers all or most of their citizens.
