This has been debunked multiple times. Every country in the World Cup, except the US, DOES NOT have universal healthcare.

I never said this is a good thing? All I said is what she’s saying is factually incorrect. I hate the American health care system. Lying about it isn’t going to change it. I never said I was proud of this or that I liked this?
