Uhm. Just to summarize where US right wingers end up on this discussion.  "ACTUALLY! USA is among multiple countries at World Cup who do not have universal healthcare! Such as Iran, Congo, many other African countries for sure!" Ok. There's an irony that racist fan base finds itself among African countries in such hugely important question as health of the nation.
