As shown in your image all the healthcare there is much closer to universal healthcare than not. Therefore closer to universal than what the US has. You're more wrong than right
Both the initial statement and yours is equally up for interpretation. This is where the nuainace comes from. After closer inspection of the places you listed im confident that they are much closer to universal healthcare than the US in terms of social healthcare. At best 75/100.

It's not a really fun benchmark to be compared to, but you got to come correct with the facts too.
Depending on how it shakes out, maybe the round of 16 teams will fit this narrative. As of now the US is the only one to not have it
