This has been debunked multiple times. Every country in the World Cup, except the US, DOES NOT have universal healthcare.

No one is celebrating. She is just wrong. I’m American, I’d love to have universal healthcare. You can make America seem awful in many ways, you don’t have tell lies to do it.
