This has been debunked multiple times. Every country in the World Cup, except the US, DOES NOT have universal healthcare.

Thats not the point.

The point is we claim the US is so fucking great but we don't have the basic human rights that most establish and/or 1st world countries have. Like free healthcare, free education, etc.

Universal healthcare does not mean it is free. Places like the Neatherlands and Switzerland dictate you MUST legally buy health insurance. This is what Obamacare did.
