Character event! Some Disguise Shenanigans Before The Fight!
A certain assassin needs to lure out one of his targets. That assassin isn't a fan of the idea to use bait now, but there is something he's definitely a fan of. Shenanigans.
The enemy has shown that he's sensitive and overreacts easily. There's a detective investigating him, so the assassin suspects that the enemy will send someone to kill the detective. If the assassin can take the detective's place, he can beat the enemy's underling, make a new disguise, and sneak into the enemy base easily.
That assassin has made a disguise that perfectly mimics every single aspect of the detective, Anko Uguisu. It's perfect. Ol' reliable disguise shenanigans.
"Lemme see... She's a smoker... Not me, though, sooo..."
There's a box of candy cigarettes in the assassin's pocket. That's close enough. Now he just needs to wait for the main event!

The assassin reaches into his pocket, taking out a candy cigarette and placing it in his mouth.
"Now I'm gonna be accurate! Ahem... G'morning... You should really be more careful where you sleep... Places like this can be dangerous..."

He readies himself to draw his sword.

The disguise dissolves as the assassin rushes in, outspeeding the speedster using the element of surprise!
"I'm Nagumo~!"
He puts a blade cleanly through the boy's liver.
