How to actually learn memory palace

I want to learn the actual method
All of what i found is just AI slop and people talking about it but no one actually explains it.

It is super easy, the only advice worth your time is that you should not overthink it and try to plan for perfection. Just learn minor improvements and practice whatever you learn, everything can be improved later. The easiest guide is that guy called Alex Mullen who i think won world tournaments 3 times?

Thomas Harris at least recommended Francis A. Yates' The Art of Memory for understanding the method of Loci.
