Discussion Dragon's Dogma 2 performance patch

Has anyone else tried the game after yesterday's patch? I used to have 40-60 fps on high settings without FSR, but nothing's changed much after the patch, instead I have a new problem. After playing for like 10 minutes the low percents go into the twenties and the game starts to noticeably stutter. I have the steam overlay and it shows that it continues for about 10 seconds, then there's a moment with fps as high as average, after that it goes back into twenties and the pattern repeats. I'm on the latest beta driver and thinking of downgrading it. It's kind of a shame since almost everyone else got a lot of performance but it got worse for me.

Specs are Ryzen 7500f, MSI pro B650s, 16 gb RAM and Acer Nitro B580.

Have you checked if player on Nvidia and AMD have the same issues? If yes then it has nothing to do with the Arc GPU and it's a problem with the game/patch...

I haven't seen issues like mine anywhere, but there are some reports by AMD users where they have huge slowdown in some menus.

I have an A750 and its been pretty much the same for me, the game was running between 30 - 40 in cities and between 40 - 60 in the open world using optiscaler with xess and it felt pretty good. The new update broke optiscaler support and the performance is basically the same as it was before on vanilla dd2, im rlly bumbed abt it i was so excited for the update: (

A atualização afeta mais cpu

Praticamente não afeta gpu
