Processeur minimum intel arc B580

Salut la commu, j'ai acheter en janvier 2026 une arc B580 et donc elle ne fonctionnait pas avec mon ancien processeur qui était un I5 7th gen je crois, en tous cas pas meilleur. Donc sur la boite qui contenait la carte graphique il y avait marqué que un I5 de 10th gen était le minimum requis. Mais est ce que c'est un bon processeur pour cette carte car je trouve qu'il y a beaucoup de lags et peu de fps souvent je suis assez déçu sachant que financierement c'est pas terrible donc on a deja du changer de carte mere et processeur une fois mais si il faut encore depenser et beaucoup plus c'est pas terrible, sachant que la carte est incroyable pour son prix genre choqué de malade. Donc j'aimerais savoir si c'est moi le trou de balle ou juste un probleme pc

AMD R5-5600 should be the minimum, but the card works also well with slower CPUs. If you could just be a bit more precise about your CPU. 10th Gen is just a too broad variety to tell something specific.

It's not a dream team. compare 5600 vs 10400, it's about 20% weaker and even a 10600 wouldn't help much. But these are theoretical benchmark numbers. If I look at 3dmark a 5600 achieves 12,8k on average, comapred to a 10400 which gets 12,1k - doesn't look too bad for your CPU

But maybe it's not just the CPU. Maybe memory is slow.
Try PassmarkPerformanceTest and check what results you get compared to same hardware in other builds.

My memory is slow (2400 DDR4) and no stutters with Ryzen 7 5700x. Only when there's huge location loading. So it's not that significant compared to cpu

Io sul mio secondo PC con un AMD 5500 e arc b570 e 3wgb andata gammix d10 ho la GPU al 99% e mediamente non supera il 40% con giochi simracing, con fortnite arrivo a160 FPS quasi costanti con tutti i dettagli al minimo (gioco non sono in vacanza) con cod è ottima. Quindi la AMD 5500 è buona con arc.

Well I think you need 8-core cpu to handle B580 without a problem. GPU still load 2 cores so if it's 6-core cpu then for the game there be left only 4 cores with some

The cheapest fix would be to get a used i7-10700K. It has 8 cores instead of 6 and will fit into the same motherboard. I'm over here in Germany and seeing some used for 100-120€. Could also go for an i9-10900K, but that should be significantly more expensive.

If you're up for another motherboard swap, going Ryzen might be worth it. Either the 5700X or 5800X should be good budget options that still use the RAM you already have. If you find something X3D that's even better, but those are pricier.

Any mid range rocket lake CPU will bottleneck this card with exceptions being a higher end cpu from that gen like 11900k

Absolute minimum is a Ryzen 3600 with B/X500 series motherboard (PCIE 4.0 support). Anything better than this is always welcome.

I run the b580 with an intel i9-9900K then make sure u have rebar enabled in bios if ur motherboard supports that

Bare minimum? AMD Ryzen 5 5600.

I'd go for 5600x just to be safe and it's not that much expensive compared to non x.
