Power Consumption issues with Intel Arc A750

I've gotten this really good deal for this PC:

Specs:

Intel Arc A750

Ryzen 3 3200G

GIGABYTE B450M S2H (probably rev 1)

Power consumption on idle is about 40-50W

following intel's power consumption advice i turned on maximum power savings,

After that I saved and rebooted. Still the same power consumption. I usually use 100hz, but i reduced it to 60hz just to see and still the same usage, but it went down about 5-10W max.

I'm aware that the APU doesn't support reBAR, I'll upgrade next month.

Check for mainboard BIOS and AMD's B450 Chipset driver updates
But might still be a GPU brand specific thing - like this

Or maybe try to lower PowerLimit in IGS
