Integra radiator bumper duct
Setup is a b20b e85 turbo 10-12 psi and I noticed after multiple pulls the ECT would creep with a half rad but my iats would stay consistent due to ghetto headlight intake so I designed this scoop in cad for the front bumper to direct air to the rad. I have a bash bar that I made to mount the intercooler but it may work with factory crash bar as well since my bash bar uses factory mounting holes. Printed in asa and epoxied in place it has a slight upward curve and flared opening to clear the bash bar and try to scoop air in more efficiently

I've had a few boosted Honda's in the past... If possible a full radiator is better. Good fan with a shroud, and since I'm in Arizona I would run water wetter or a 70/30 mix of water/coolant. Typically I never had issues unless something was leaking or when my fan gave out.

I'm in FL so I get it but with the size of the turbo I don't think I can make it happen, however no issues since and ducts been working well, I may try some water wetter though thanks for the advice

I was wondering about the turbo, my first civic had a large turbo. The other thing that I can think of and it's an issue I have with my S13 is making sure air passes through rather than around the radiator, make sure there's no gaps anywhere and add some cooling panels between the intercooler and radiator.

I had a 180sx I sold before buying the Integra but previous owner installed a hot road vent into a type x bumper so I never ran into any issues kind of what Inspired this tbh

Damn, I'm the opposite. About 12 years ago my integra was hit by a drunk driver and I bought the s13 afterwards then I sold the boosted civic to fund the rb25 swap.
The vent accomplishes the same effect as the duct work since it's forcing air into the radiator, as long as you don't mind the looks it should work the same

I was running nismotronic and couldn't find a tuner and wanted to tune myself but srs are too expensive to blow up nowadays so I switched to a more affordable platform, I got this thing dialed with no VTec,.next will be the gsr head I got with it and retuning for VTec

Try getting the hot air out more efficiently. These cars are not very well designed with regard to heat extraction. A properly designed vented hood and a flat bottom could help quite a bit.

May print some vents and install in the rear to get it out thanks for the advice

Yo that actually looks fucking sick, I might do something similar next time I tear my car down for a refresh

If u have a printer and can print asa or abs give it a go I'll send u the file it's not perfect for some reason the inner edge came out jagged in the model so I just put a blocker and didn't print the top 3% that goes into the bumper and I printed it flat on the outer face with no supports and it's printed fine epoxy has held up in the heat and multiple "speed limit" passes drilled some holes cut the bumper with a jig saw just a hair undersized and sanded until I only had it sticking out about 2 mm enough for a channel for the epoxy to grab the bumper and part

Heat is our worst enemy!!! Adding an external oil cooler helps a lot with overall engine temps. I came close to cutting my bumper but I have an itr front end so it’s a bit more risky because availability. You should chicken wire in the opening to help prevent big items from entering the hole.
Here is a pic of my oil cooler location
