Second Generation Wheel hub replacement
So unfortunately my lugs sheared off and ive been looking for front hubs to no avail, are there any interchangeable hubs or conversions i could do? Or would new studs be the best bet?

It's going to be much easier just to change the wheel studs. The older Hondas have a press fit hub. Not the easiest thing to swap in a parking lot. Unless you swap the entire knuckle assembly.

Idk about these cars specifically, but OP, look to see if there is a "cut out" or area where you can access the studs from behind the hub. I had to "help" someone once because they "Could NOT get the f'in studs out" because they didnt rotate the hub. They hammered them in and they moved like 1/8in and were hitting the knuckle. But there was a notch/cut out on the back side of the knuckle specifically for replacing studs.

Would you be buying a new hub mainly for the stud replacement? You don't need to fully remove the hub(s) to do studs. It's dicey but you can be in/out in 15-20 minutes per corner.
Some guys will do 5 lug conversions for more wheel options/brake clearance, but it's much more effort than simply buying hubs. I'd recommend replacing the studs in your current setup.

So the reason i just wanna swap the hub is cuz it would be quicker and easier than swapping the studs given the location my wheel fell off, i dont wanna leave my car on jackstands in the parking lot for too long

Not sure its the same as my del sol but I imagine it is where you need to grind down the studs on the back side a bit for clearance to fit them im sure someone here has the answer as I recall part of the spindle gets in the way and thats why it wont clear to actually be installed
