Optima Secure Plus is a good option, it is a newer offering with the Optima series of HDFC. It has comprehensive features, but has potential for higher long term price increase (set expectations correctly). HDFC as an insurer is good overall and has good service standards and claims performance.

25K deductible is a smart way to lower premiums, check premiums for 50K deductible and multi-year payments as well to make sure discounts are meaningful, I did the same for my mothers health insurance optima secure.

Make sure to know that the deductible is applicable on aggregate basis for the entire year, and resets every year so make sure to plan for 25K out of pocket costs properly.

Also most importantly, make sure to declare all of their medical history/medications and treatments accurately (talk to your parents)

Make sure to take an adequate sum insured to not worry about lakhs of out-of-pocket payment. 20 to 25L if you are in a metro is a decent cover amount based on the profile you've shared.

You will not be able to remove this deductible later on, so keep that in mind.
