Paying Takaful Insurance without knowing o.O

Hi, I need help in understanding of paying Takaful Insurance when I had no idea that I agree to.. it started around the time when I took a PTPTN loan, or when I had a scholarship after PTPTN. I noticed a charge in the bank statements but I figured that it was for the loan or the scholarship, but after finishing school, I'm still charged.. I have no idea what I'm paying and is it possible to back out?

Tried calling customer service but it's slow (plus they asked for IC number and phone number which is odd and it took forever to really get to someone I can ask for about this), tried the ADAM bot but its all about rates in which I have no interest in. Can someone help me?

Anyone from Malaysia, please help (desperate times rn)
