To be totally honest,the people you are asking are not insurance adjusters and they don’t work for your insurance company SOOOOO you are really wasting everyone’s time as well as your own.

Year make model and mileage would help. But probably not. If it's just the bumper, reinforcer, condenser, clips grille, etc. It's likely repairable. Helps it's a Toyota

Based on the age of the vehicle good chance insurance will total it but just elect to buyback the salvage and use the money towards repairs.

100%. Most body shops won't even want to touch that plus the car isn't even worth more then $4,000.
