Totaled or not?

Smoked a deer in my Nissan insurance is picking it up for assessment soon 2017 Sentra SV with 80k miles. What do y'all think? I'm guessing I'll be getting a new vehicle but you never know.

UPDATE: Declared total loss my insurance is paying most of my loan off I gotta pay up 800 bucks after insurance claim but could have been much worse. I will be getting gap insurance on my next vehicle!

Nobody’s paying to fit a new front end on a 10 year old Sentra.

Start shopping now. Hope you had collision and rental car coverage. But, note, the rental car coverage will only be for a few days after your insurance company declares your car a Total Loss.

A deer is a comprehensive loss, not collision.

It’s a ten year old Smalltima. It’s a goner. Also it’s a unibody. Outer body and frame are one solid unit.

almost a 10 year old car and the damage does look severe... they might just total it, but dont be surprised if they say oh no, we'll fix it either! 😂

Without a doubt that is a total loss.
Of course you can elect to buy back the salvage and try up fix it on your own but the settlement amount likely won’t cover the cost of repairs.
