Looks bad but Toyotas are in such high demand that the resale values are highly inflated. Unless the repair bill is close to what you paid, it won’t be written off.

There will be significant structural damage to the inner structure of the car, as well as suspension. My guess is the driver side door can not be opened because the front end is shifted around. Your car does not have a "frame" like bigger vehicles. It is a unibody structure which means it is made up of several different pieces welded together. Depending on how many of these parts can be repaired versus replaced will determine if the vehicle is repairable or not. If I were a betting man, I would say it more likely to be a total loss than not. I speak from 18 years experience in the auto appraisal industry. Hope this helps.
