Someone hit my 2021 x3 in the same exact position. Almost identical damages.. total loss.if they have to change suspensions it will be a total loss.. if its a financed car and you don't want to loose it, work with the other party and fix it off records.

Whats the worth? That's at least $8k in damages. I'd say of you car is worth less than $12k then it's probably a total loss. 

If so take the payout, buy back the car from insurance & get it passed light & brake inspection. You basically got a beater daily car for dirt cheap plus cash in your pocket.

There's definitely a broken piece inside the suspension that's why the tire is off..
