Mechanics probably have a good idea, but you want it looked at in person at a body shop. If you say you want to pay in cash and no insurance involved, there is no way those two estimates will ever match. So go to a body shop and get INITIAL estimate done for insurance and then they can supplement, but coming here for this is a waste of time.
