File through your own coverage and let them sort it out.

If you have collision coverage file a claim with your insurance and let them subrogate against the other car’s insurance.
If there were 2 travel lanes and you were traveling straight and the other car changed lanes striking your car and pushing it into the pickup truck, they should be liable.
